La Maison Pinton

from May 15th to October 27th, 2019

In collaboration with the Pinton Workshops, the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie has organised a new temporary exhibition at the church of the Château de Felletin from 15 May to 27 October, appropriately titled La Maison Pinton (the House of Pinton). Over 30 tapestries and designs from its permanent collection and the Pinton library will be presented to the public, some for the very first time. The exhibition is an opportunity to showcase over 150 years of collaboration between the two establishments, with some incredible works dating from the 19th century, as well as contemporary creations by renowned artists such as Robert Delaunay, Victor Vasarely, Jean-Michel Othoniel, Marc Couturier and Jean Arp.
