Like all events throughout the world, the Révélations exhibition has seen its calendar disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Forced to postpone its 5th edition, the international biennial of art and design crafts will take place this year from June 9 to 12, at the ephemeral Grand Palais in Paris. The initiative for this event comes from Ateliers d’Art de France, the professional union of art crafts and the true voice of professionals in the field of creation through materials. In addition to being a formidable showcase that brings together nearly 400 exhibitors, Révélation is also an extraordinary place of exchange with an international influence, since some thirty countries are present. This year, African creation is in the spotlight.
In direct resonance with the concerns of the sector: sustainability, research and innovation, respect for the resource and ancestral know-how, PINTON will present its new collections of Jacquard fabrics “Verdures” and “Pierre Gonalons” as well as certain Haute-Couture pieces designed by Ulrika Liljedahl. A wide range of samples will allow visitors to discover the breadth of the PINTON universe. Finally, the house will unveil the carpet and tapestry resulting from its first collaboration with the architect Fanny Rozé
